Sole UX/UI designer on a targeted redesign of Zara.com, owning the full design process from a 34-respondent user survey, card sorting, competitive benchmarking across four fast-fashion brands, and SWOT analysis through to personas, user flows, sitemap, low-fidelity wireframes, and a WCAG AAA compliant high-fidelity prototype, resolving critical cart-to-checkout friction for first-time shoppers and delivering a 34% observed improvement in task completion across moderated usability sessions.
